Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beer products, and state laws governing them, no refunds can be issued. If a bottle is faulty, we cann replace with a “like & kind” bottle. If you suspect your bottle is faulty, please read the guidelines below. Please keep the bottle and contents until further instructions. As with any food product, taste is personal and an exchange cannot be made on the basis of taste. Beer is also an agricultural product, and as with any such product, variation from bottle to bottle or vintage to vintage cannot be the basis of an exchange.
